Hello,
I’m Nattapon Jontom Abbett, and this is my website: Nattaproblem. I aim to write about issues surrounding health, lifestyle, exercise/fitness, food and travel. People are constantly searching for answers on how to become more, do more, and live more purposefully. From my point of view, it all boils down to how you feel and exercise’s positive influence on the mind and body can definitely change everything. I have experienced this first hand, and believe 100% in it’s medicinal and therapeutic effects.
From a young age starting in Bangkok, Dubai, then finally here in the states, my athletic experiences are far-reaching as I’ve been truly invested in the world of sport for most of my life. I’ve taken more of an interest in artistic sports, such as diving, gymnastics and figure skating so my exercise regimens are founded upon stabilization, flexibility and strength endurance. I have experience strength conditioning, circuit training, and issuing effective routines to suit client objectives whether it be training for a marathon, starting a low-carb diet, or gaining muscle mass.
The bottom line? To help you live a more fulfilling, rewarding, honest and healthy life through the ideas and observations that I have found personally useful. As an all-around athlete, I know a coach can make a world of difference in any facet of life. Training your body is no exception. Occasionally, this website will include an op-ed piece about current affairs or an earth-quaking discovery in Academia that I can’t help but share. Better yet, it will include my travels. For example, if the sky were falling, I’m definitely going to write about it. I am constantly attempting to find meaning out of the little things in life by asking MANY questions. Within these web-pages, I will share with you my discoveries. Thank you for visiting and I hope you find the time throughout each day to write as well. Be courageous, keep it simple and breathe. I used to think it was hard, but it’s really not.
Yours truly,
Nattapon Jontom Abbett
