Soy what?

Is Soy good or is it bad?  It started as a preferential substitute for milk to give people who are lactose intolerant hope for a Calcium rich liquid.  From what I’ve read and heard from the top researchers, the mass-production of food diminishes the overall quality of what we consume.  Unfortunately, the quality of soy is also compromised due to genetic modifications, and the excess phytoestrogens found in most of today’s soy products can cause various problems for both males and females.

Instead, try coconut, almond or even goat’s milk.  Here’s a well thought out article from an established source for your rumination:

Dr. Axe takes down soy

Thanks, and remember: The more organic the source, the better.  The trick is finding the right source.  When asking if you’re healthy? Answer should always be: yo soy.
